Simunye Crushing (Pty) Ltd (Simunye) is involved in the rock and mineral crushing industry as well as in the minerals beneficiation process and technology. We provide the design both for the process and the hardware, the plant and equipment required and we will even operate it for a contracted value or for an incentive share of the business.
Simunye was only formed in August 2008 by the existing shareholders and directors namely: André Olivier and Mike McNeil. Their combined experience in the industry exceeds 50 years and covers many different plant designs. Whilst the Company may appear young it has a wealth of experience in its combined staff of 40 persons.

We are fortunate to represent the American company McLANAHAN CORPORATION .
Our Company has developed a modular system of plant construction that allows most if not all the plant and equipment that we supply to be fully assembled and dry run at our factory in Wadeville, outside of Johannesburg. This, due to the modular construction allows for easy transport to site and re-assembly on prepared slabs of concrete. This modular type of construction is not only economical due to its formidably quick and easy erection and commissioning but has the advantage that the plant can be easily re-located.

Simunye has its own range of brute force vibrating Screens, Grizzlies and feeders, where we are fortunate to have many references not only for a range of diverse medium but also supplied to many Countries throughout Southern Africa and Australia.
Simunye also has its own range of Crushers of various types including Jaw, Cone, Hammer Mills, Vertical and Horizontal Impactors and Roll Crushers which it fully supports with both wear parts and spare parts and after sales service.

Due to the diverseness of our Business (not as in diversified as we are truly focused) we supply many different wear parts for crushers and screens from our factory for a range of different types of equipment especially where we have designed specailised parts to suit specailised applications. We also understand the industry and are aware of the many and various idiosyncrasies related to many of those industries which form the backbone of our diverse economy.

We have our own in house expertise for the design and supply of complete jigging & spiral plants including the peripherals such as the water treatment and recycling as well as the disposal or utilization of the waste material.
